Clams and mussels rest on ice in the raw bar at Asters restaurant on Route 7 in Pittsfield, the latest incarnation of what was originally the Yellow Aster.
Last fall we were looking for a new experience in food and tried Aster's. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The service was world class and the food was so delicious. We had a scallop dish seasoned with Cajun flavorings served over an angel hair pasta. It was spicy and tasty. We can't wait to go back there.
