Nana's Cole Slaw a la Diane

Diane's Asian Slaw










1 head of green cabbage shredded (Napa works well also)

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons horseradish

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Put cabbage in a large bowl.  Mix other ingredients together and pour over cabbage.  Toss to coat the greens.  This is best if made a few hours to a day ahead.  The dressing might seem like not enough, but the cabbage wilts and the dressing spreads better after being refrigerated a while.
