Use this guide when you're planning to buy food for a large group. The size for one serving is listed, but plan about 1 1/2 servings for hearty eaters.

NOTE:  If you offer multiple main meal choices (such as turkey and ham assume ~65% of each)  For example if you look below it says that for 25 people you need 10 pounds boneless ham and a 15 pound turkey.  Since you are serving both, assume 65% of each.  So you would need a 6.5-7 pound ham and a  10-12 pound turkey. (Taking into account that the smaller the turkey the less servings per pound you get because the carcass is a larger percentage of the whole.)
